These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of software platforms, SaaS cloud subscriptions, web applications, and mobile APKs developed and published by FlowApps ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under proprietor Mohamed Ibrahim, located in Tamil Nadu, India.

By signing up, accessing our platforms (including IlmFlow, BaytFlow, StockFlow), or processing a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

FlowApps specializes in the design, engineering, and cloud deployment of smart software solutions:

• SaaS Subscription Platforms: Multi-tenant web and mobile ERPs including Madrasa management (IlmFlow), Mosque and Trust financial accounting (BaytFlow), and inventory POS systems (StockFlow).
• Custom Engineering Services: Bespoke web portals, mobile hybrid apps (Android & iOS), and enterprise database development.

2. User Accounts & Multi-Tenant Access

To access our software, your institution must create an organization account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete institutional details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials and all activities occurring under your tenant account.

3. Subscription Fees & Payment Terms

• Pricing: Software subscription plans are clearly detailed on our pricing schedule in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
• Payment Processing: Online payments are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (e.g., Razorpay). You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees in accordance with the billing cycle selected.
• Taxes: All fees are subject to statutory Indian taxes (GST) where applicable.
• Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Digital Delivery & Service Provisioning

All FlowApps software services are 100% digital cloud solutions. Upon confirmation of payment, account credentials and platform access are provisioned immediately or within a maximum of 24 business hours via registered email and WhatsApp. No physical goods or shipments are involved.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, software architectures, algorithms, graphical interfaces, trademarks, and documentation related to FlowApps platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of FlowApps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the SaaS applications for your institution's internal operational use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell our software.

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your organization retains 100% proprietary ownership of all data, contributor records, student marks, and financial entries you input into our software. FlowApps accesses your data only for technical maintenance, encrypted backups, and upon your explicit support authorization.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the software for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious activities.
• Attempt to bypass security barriers, inject malicious payloads, or disrupt our cloud server infrastructure.
• Impersonate any other individual, organization, or trust.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, FlowApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the software. Our total aggregate liability under any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event.

9. Termination of Service

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or fail to settle dues after formal notice.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
